The information can also be shared with owners on a weekly and monthly basis. Owners can login to their owner’s account and access real-time information, such as open and closed work orders, weekly leasing reports and monthly financial reports.

By leveraging economies of scale, we accomplish an incredible amount of work with highly effective team employed by Realty Advantage Partners Inc. We have a small maintenance team that completes most maintenance tasks for a much lower rate than a 3rd party contractor. When we require a 3rd party contractor (i.e. plumbing, electrical, special project), the rate is considerably lower because we have negotiated special pricing for all properties in our portfolio. By employing a small maintenance staff, we can attract the best people and train them into a streamlined system for maximum efficiency.
